Ever wonder what time it is?
Let me tell you.
It is time to REMEMBER. Remember friends, old and new. Remember family, close and distant. Remember our military men and women, for some, their sacrifice can never be repaid. Remember that there is more to life than work, then checking that last email or making one more call. Remember why we celebrate Christmas, for the birth of a Savior, who for those that believe, will someday come and rule this place.
It is also time to FORGET. Forget about the politics of the world. Forget about the grudges with friends and family. Forget about gossiping, greed and jealousy. Forget about those who have hurt you and those that owe you something.
And lastly, it is time to LOVE. Not the kind of love that most of you are thinking of, but the kind of Love like in the picture of my pal Craig and an Iraqi girl above. If we can do anything this Christmas season, let us love one another, like we want to be loved. Yes it requires work, and yes, sometimes we will fail. But if we remember that it is always time to love, I think the world would be a different place. Merry Christmas everyone.
